The Center for Contemporary Mussar (CCM) seeks a skilled, energetic professional for a Philadelphia-based, half-time position as Managing Director to oversee the operations of a small, growing non-profit, with a current budget under $100K. The Managing Director is a half-time position at a salary of $25,000 – $30,000, depending on experience.
We seek someone with leadership experience in non-profit organization, proven marketing skills, excellent facility with technology, including social media, effective communication skills, ability to delegate and follow-up, passion for the mission and vision of CCM. Areas of responsibility include financial management, marketing and communications, administration, special events, and board relations. Fund-raising skills are also desirable, but there is no fund-raising expected during the first year.
